How to complain

To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- Your name and contact details
- The property address where the work was carried out
- The date of the service
- Your quotation or invoice reference, if you have it
- A description of the problem
- Photographs, if they help show the issue
What happens next
- We aim to acknowledge your complaint within two working days. This is our current business target, not a contractual guarantee.
- We will investigate, which may include reviewing job records and photographs, and where necessary arranging to inspect the property.
- We aim to give you a substantive response within ten working days where reasonably possible.
Putting things right
Depending on what we find, remedies may include re-doing the affected work, a price adjustment, or another resolution agreed with you. Where damage caused by our work is established, our insurance is there for exactly that purpose.
If you are still unhappy
You can ask for your complaint to be escalated and reviewed again. We keep records of complaints and their outcomes so problems are not repeated. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
