Our process

How we clean it

  1. Check access and set up

We look at the safest way to reach every window, then connect the water-fed pole to our purified water system.

  2. Clean glass, frames and sills together

A soft brush head scrubs the glass, frame and sill in one pass, working from the top of the property down.

  3. Rinse with purified water

Purified water is fed through the pole to rinse everything thoroughly, taking any soap or dirt with it.

  4. Leave to dry naturally

Because the water is purified, it dries completely clear on its own, with no streaks, spots or residue.

Tools & equipment we use

  • Telescopic water-fed pole
  • Purified (deionised) water system carried on the van
  • Soft bristle brush head
  • Squeegee and applicator for ground-floor or hard-to-reach glass

Our recommendation

As a general guide, windows often benefit from a clean every four to eight weeks, more frequently on coastal properties or busy roads where dirt builds up faster. Keeping to a regular schedule also tends to make each visit quicker, since grime has less time to bake onto the glass.
