Grant's Window Cleaning Ltd · West Sussex

Commercial Exterior Cleaning

Commercial exterior cleaning covers shops, offices, venues and other business premises across West Sussex, fitted around your opening hours rather than ours. It's built on the same purified-water, water-fed pole approach we use on every residential job, scaled up for larger glazing runs and multi-storey frontages, and backed by insurance that covers commercial premises specifically.

What's included

Commercial Exterior Cleaning, done properly

  • Scheduled cleaning for shops, offices, venues and other commercial premises

  • Windows, glazing, signage and entranceways cleaned together

  • Flexible scheduling around your opening hours, not ours

  • Fully insured for commercial premises

  • Written quotation agreed before work begins

Our process

How we clean it

  1. Plan around your business

We agree a schedule that fits around opening hours, so cleaning doesn't disrupt customers or staff.

  2. Clean windows, glazing and entrances

Glass, frames, signage and entranceways are cleaned together to keep the frontage looking presentable.

  3. Work safely from the ground

Water-fed poles and high-reach equipment mean most commercial glazing is reached without scaffolding, even across multi-storey frontages.

  4. Keep to a regular schedule

Many commercial customers choose a regular schedule, so the property always looks its best.

Tools & equipment we use

  • Water-fed pole systems for multi-storey glazing
  • Purified water system
  • High-reach vacuum for gutters where needed
  • Flexible scheduling around business hours

Our recommendation

A tidy, well-kept frontage makes a strong first impression on customers and visitors, and for many businesses that's reason enough on its own. Local commercial premises across West Sussex use us because we're a local, fully insured business that fits around trading hours rather than the other way round — many settle on a fortnightly or monthly schedule, agreed to suit footfall and season.

Commercial Exterior Cleaning

How commercial cleaning differs from residential

Commercial jobs are usually larger in scale than a typical home — more glazing, taller elevations, and often multiple entrances or a full shopfront to keep looking presentable. The same water-fed pole and high-reach vacuum equipment we use on residential properties scales up to cover this, reaching multi-storey commercial glazing safely from the ground without scaffolding in most cases.

We're fully insured for commercial premises specifically, not just residential work, which matters when you're inviting a contractor onto a site with staff, stock and customers passing through.

Payment terms differ too. Residential work is paid on completion with no deposit required; larger commercial jobs or one-off exterior work may need a 25% deposit to secure the booking date, and commercial invoices are due within 14 days rather than on the day. Grant's Window Cleaning Ltd is not currently VAT registered.

Scheduling is built around your business, not ours — cleaning fitted outside peak hours or on a day that suits your trading pattern, agreed in advance so it never disrupts customers or staff.
